To install, position the Winch Track to the underside of the side rail, which will extend past side rail 1/4 inches to 3/8 inches. Then weld it to the vehicle's side rail with 1/4" fillet welds 2" long every 6" with 1/8" minimum penetration. Finally, weld the winch track to the angle iron, C-channel crossmembers, or shims. It's that simple.
