Axle Technology Quality:
Self-Adjusting Brakes Advantage:
• Standard electric brakes require the user to manually adjust the brake shoes over time.
• Self-adjusting brakes are always properly aligned while driving forward, saving time and providing consistent, safer braking performance.
QAI Testing and CSA Certification:
• These brake assemblies meet and exceed the requirements for the Canadian Standards Association (CSA), ensuring a regulated stop distance and industry-standard construction.
• Tested by QAI under real-world automotive conditions for superior safety and quality.
Automotive-Grade Friction Material:
• Uses automotive-grade friction material for improved stopping power and longevity.
• The friction material is fully bonded to the surface of the shoe with a custom-molded lining for a perfect fit, reducing the chance of cracking and crumbling.
• Tapered edges help prevent mechanical lockup when brake shoes are excessively worn or broken.
• SAE-N certified, meaning the material is environmentally safe and complies with California and Washington regulations, ensuring high-performance braking that stands the test of time while being safe for use in the United States and Canada.
